Return Policy

We only offer exchanges or store credit. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase , Please contact us so we can make it right. You may return the item with in 14 business days of receiving your order for store credit for the total price of the item(s). Please send us an email on the reason for the exchange/return to support@alexmalay.com Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, & unaltered) with tags attached. Shoes should be returned unworn & free of damage. The item must have not gone on sale or discontinued. The item cannot be swim wear or accessories and the item must be from Alex Malay Boutique. All sale items are final sale and cannot be return for a refund.

To ensure your item gets to us and because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to one week from the time you mail your orders to us for your exchange to be processed. We will email you once your item has been recieved and issued you a store credit.

Return postage will only be covered by Alex Malay in the case of damaged or wrong merchandising. Alex Malay reserves the right to decline the exchange of your items if the above terms have not been followed. Shipping delivery estimated time with in the US takes 2-7 days priority mail. Packages shipped outside the US takes 10-14 days.

Packages are usually shipped out next business day after payment is cleared. A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer once items have been shipped. Make sure your Billing and Shipping address matches so your package want be delay. We will ONLY ship to confirm addresses through PayPal.
